You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clarity in our processes, governance, and systems, while identifying risks and providing actionable recommendations that drive scalable success.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBusiness Architecture & Process Definition:\n\nLead the formalisation of the SECC end-to-end business process.\nDevelop clear and consistent process maps covering all stages of the SECC lifecycle.\nEnsure processes align with strategic objectives and deliver operational efficiencies.\nRoles, Responsibilities & Accountability:\n\nDefine and document RACI models for key processes.\nIdentify ownership gaps and propose remediation strategies.\nSystems & IT Enablement:\n\nDocument IT systems and tools that support each stage of the SECC process.\nHighlight system dependencies and data hand-offs.\nRisk, Control & Weakness Assessment:\n\nAssess the end-to-end SECC process to identify weaknesses and risks.\nPropose pragmatic mitigation options aligned with programme maturity.\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:\n\nEngage with senior programme leads, operational teams, and digital colleagues.\nFacilitate workshops to validate processes and assumptions.\nAssurance, Documentation & Handover:\n\nProduce a suite of coherent business architecture artefacts.\nSupport knowledge transfer to BAU teams and programme leadership.\nKey Deliverables:\nBy the end of your assignment, you'll deliver:\n\nA formalised end-to-end SECC process model\nDetailed process maps for the entire SECC lifecycle\nComprehensive stakeholder mapping with clearly defined RACI matrices\nA documented view of IT systems and technology dependencies\nAn assessment of process weaknesses and risks\nA prioritised set of recommendations for improvementEssential Skills & Experience:\n\nProven experience as a Business Architect, ideally within large-scale programmes or regulated environments.\nStrong expertise in process mapping and operating model design.\nDemonstrable experience in defining RACI and governance structures.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.\nStrong written and visual communication skills.Personal Attributes:\n\nStructured, analytical, and outcome-focused\nComfortable navigating ambiguity\nPragmatic with a strong sense of proportionality\nCollaborative and delivery-orientedIf you're ready to make a significant impact and help shape the future of our organisation, we'd love to hear from you!
