Commercial Gas Engineer - Leeds & Manchester\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive works across a range of commercial sites throughout Leeds and Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, technically strong engineer who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlanned and reactive servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and heating systems\n\nInspection, testing and maintenance of plant rooms\n\nMaintenance and fault‑finding on hot and cold water systems\n\nEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations\n\nProviding clear communication with clients and reporting any remedial works required\n\nWorking independently or as part of a wider engineering team\n\nRequirements\n\nCommercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1/COCNP1 or equivalent)\n\nExperience working on commercial boilers, plant rooms and associated systems\n\nStrong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nGood communication and customer‑facing skills\n\nAbility to work across Leeds and Manchester\n\nBenefits\n\nCompany van with personal use\n\nPaid travel time (30 minutes deducted each way)\n\nOngoing training and development opportunities\n\nSupportive team environment\n\nConsistent commercial workload across the region\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis position is ideal for a commercial heating engineer looking for stability, autonomy and long‑term progression.
