Job Description
Well-regarded commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit two Corporate Tax lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team is dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions to complex tax challenges and we they pride themselves on their ability to provide clients with high quality tax and structuring advice. As well as working on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, they regularly advise on:
\n\n• cross-border structures
\n\n• financing arrangements
\n\n• funds
\n\n• corporate reorganisations.
\n\n\n\n
The successful candidates will join a Corporate Tax team, recognised for its innovative approach and outstanding results across a wide range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to advise a variety of clients, including:
