DT Teacher

PK Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated DT Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Leeds area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting ASAP and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year, or until the postholder returns.\n\nThe school is seeking a confident and engaging teacher who can inspire students and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.\n\nThe Role:\n\nDelivering engaging and effective DT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students\nPlanning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum\nSupporting student progress and maintaining high expectations in the classroom\nManaging classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment\nWorking collaboratively with staff and contributing to the wider school community\n\nRequirements:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent\nExperience teaching Design & Technology within secondary schools\nStrong classroom and behaviour management skills\nPassionate about delivering creative and engaging lessons\nEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\nCandidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel and occasional school-related visits may be required.\n\nPay:\n\n£180 – £230 per day\n\nIf you are an enthusiastic DT Teacher looking for your next long-term opportunity, PK Education would love to hear from you.\n\nApply today for an immediate start
