Electrical Supervisor\n\n£60,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card\n\nMonday - Friday - 8am - 4pm\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nIn this role, you’ll take ownership of on-site electrical teams delivering solar PV and battery storage installations. Beyond day-to-day supervision, you’ll help shape a positive team environment, uphold strict safety standards, and contribute to improving how projects are delivered.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Managing and supporting site-based electrical personnel, including qualified electricians, trainees, and subcontract partners\n\n * Championing safe working practices and ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and internal procedures\n\n * Overseeing installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of solar and battery systems\n\n * Carrying out site audits, risk assessments, and quality control checks\n\n * Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency on-site\n\n * Feeding back insights from completed projects to strengthen future delivery\n\n * Troubleshooting and resolving technical electrical issues when they arise\n\n * Tracking labour and material usage to support cost management\n\n * Collaborating with project teams to keep delivery aligned with timelines and budgets\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\n * Demonstrated experience supervising electrical installations or teams\n\n * Practical experience with solar PV and/or battery storage systems\n\n * Qualified 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * Qualified Electrician\n\n * Commercial awareness, with the ability to track and manage on-site costs\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nIf you are interested in this Electrical Supervisor vacancy, please submit an up-to-date CV through this advert\n\nSolar PV Electrician / Field Service Engineer / Solar Technician / Solar Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Solar Installer / Solar Installation / HV Electrician
