The Role

You will join the Chichester team, handling a mixed caseload of family work spanning divorce, financial remedy, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution is essential; the firm's approach is built around collaborative law, mediation, and constructive settlement wherever possible.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in family law
• Enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution, with collaborative law training an advantage
• A constructive, client-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Commercially aware, with drive and a proactive attitude to business development
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment
