For the Head of Marketing - B2B role, a successful candidate will lead and oversee all marketing activities within the industrial/manufacturing sector, driving brand growth and ensuring the successful execution of strategic campaigns. With over 100 years of history, the company is recognised for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in its field.\n\nDescription\n\nThe key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing - B2B role will include:\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives within the industrial/manufacturing sector.\nImplement the digital marketing strategy, utilising CRM systems to manage end to end marketing campaigns.\nOversee and manage a skilled team of two marketing professionals, ensuring their growth and performance.\nReporting directly to the Managing Director of the business.

\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.\nAnalyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.\nManage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.\nLead the creation of impactful marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.\nMonitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights.\nEnsure adherence to industry regulations and standards in all marketing activities.Profile\n\nA successful Head of Marketing - B2B should have:\n\n5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in a related industrial, construction or manufacturing sector.\nTeam leadership experience - this role will have 2 direct reports.\nExpertise in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.\nExposure to both digital marketing & traditional marketing.\nExperience utilising CRM systems (in particular Hubspot) would be highly desirable.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\nProficiency in budget management and resource allocation.\nA solid understanding of branding and market positioning principles.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.\nAbility to manage challenging stakeholders, and comfortable reporting into board level.Job Offer\n\nOn offer for the Head of Marketing role:\n\nCompetitive salary between £60,000 and £65,000 per annum.\nThe opportunity to lead an established and talented team of two marketing professionals.\nPotential for career development and growth in a supportive environment
