Program Management Office Lead

PMO Lead | London | Permanent

Looking for an experienced PMO to play a key role in driving strategic transformation across the business.

This is a unique opportunity combining programme-level PMO leadership with ownership of portfolio governance, value management, benefits realisation, financial oversight, and team leadership. The successful candidate will act as PMO Lead for a major transformation programme while also leading the Portfolio & Value Management function and managing a small specialist team.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Significant PMO, portfolio management, or transformation governance experience
• Proven experience supporting large programmes or change initiatives
• Experience with Cost and Benefits, and value management.
• Strong governance, reporting, financial management, and benefits realisation expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
• Experience within financial services (insurance experience advantageous but not essential)
• Knowledge of portfolio management tools such as Clarity PPM and reporting platforms such as Power BI
