Project Co‑ordinator \n\nLiverpool \n\nHybrid\n\nTemporary ( 3 months)\n\n£12.71 per hour\n\nImmediate start\n\nSellick Partnership are working with a not for profit organisation and are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Project Co‑ordinator to support the delivery of key projects over a 3-month period. The successful candidate will assist in planning, administration, and coordination activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport project managers in the planning and delivery of projects\nCoordinate project activities, schedules, and resources\nMaintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports\nMonitor deadlines and ensure key milestones are met\nArrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes\nLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication\nTrack project progress and flag risks or issues to the project lead\nAssist with data collection and reporting for project performance\nProvide general administrative support to the project teamEssential Skills & Experience\n\nPrevious experience in an administrative or project support role\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nGood communication skills (written and verbal)\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \n\nSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
