We offer additional leave with time served but also give 2 weeks extra holiday after 5 years along with a travel voucher, and an extra month paid leave after 8 years.\n\n * Perks Platform: Access to healthcare, counselling, retail discounts, cinema savings, and more across 4,000+ partners.\n\n * Team Culture: Regular team events including yacht days, social activities, and team lunches.\n\n * Prime Location: Based in Bournemouth town centre.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Recruitment Consultant within Quay Group, you will manage a specialist desk within yacht crew recruitment and/or UHNW land-based roles depending on experience and interest.\n\n * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement\n\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with captains, crew, UHNW clients, and private households\n\n * Source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates across luxury and specialist markets\n\n * Conduct interviews and detailed reference checks to ensure exceptional standards\n\n * Proactively develop new business opportunities across Quay Group sectors\n\n * Leverage existing networks while building new client relationships\n\n * Stay informed on industry trends across yachting, UHNW, estates, and private staffing\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Background in recruitment or sales with a proven track record of success\n\n * Experience in yachting recruitment and/or UHNW, private household, or luxury markets is highly advantageous\n\n * Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills\n\n * Highly organised, detail-focused, and results-driven\n\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment\n\n * Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a desk independently\n\n * Based within commuting distance of Bournemouth (office-based during probation, hybrid thereafter)\n\nJob Type: Full-time\nLocation: Bournemouth (BH1), Hybrid after probation\nBenefits: Additional leave, company events, pension, employee discounts, work from home options
