Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of a London-based business unit, responsible for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team.

You will oversee multiple sites across London, leading both commercial and service delivery functions to ensure consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and robust financial performance within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
• Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
• Leading and developing multi-site operational teams across London
• Enhancing service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Managing and coaching a team of managers to deliver against key performance metrics
• Strengthening pipeline performance, conversion, and commercial discipline
• Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for performance improvement, optimisation, and growth

• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams within London
• A hands-on, pragmatic leadership style
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-density urban environment
