What We're Lo

- nsurance.Strong understanding of reinsurance structures and end-to-end lifecycle op
- erations.Proven expertise in operational excellence, process optimisation, and continuous imp
- rovement.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at al
- l levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven
- mindset.Experience with reinsurance systems, reporting platforms, and operatio
- nal data.Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data m
- odelling.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar metho
- dologies.Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, or governance ac
- tivities.Change management and transformation delivery experience would be adva
ntageous.
