Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Leeds.\n\nThis role is 20 hours per week.\n\nThis is temp ongoing role to start ASAP\n\nPay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.29ph UMB\n\nThe main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs, and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and repairs.\n\nYou must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.\n\nRole Summary:\n\n20 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)\n\nThis is a temp ongoing position\n\nWorking with older adults (Aged 55 +)\n\nBased in Leeds\n\nPrevious Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is ideal.\n\nDuties include:\n\n * Welfare checks on residents.\n\n * Health and safety checks\n\n * Signposting\n\n * Organizing activities\n\n * Reporting any repairs\n\nApply now for immediate consideration
