Site Manager Required – Cardiff | Immediate Start | Contract Until End of August\n\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a live school project based in Cardiff, running through until the end of August.\n\nThe role will suit someone with a strong background managing external works packages, including:\n\n * Groundworks\n\n * Paving and hard landscaping\n\n * External finishes\n\n * Coordination of subcontractors\n\n * Site health & safety\n\n * Programme management and daily site operations\n\nAdditional experience overseeing internal fit-out or finishing works would also be highly beneficial.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\n * Proven experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments\n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager looking for an immediate start on a well-run project.\n\nIf you know someone suitable or would like more information, please get in touch directly
